Please use the form below to apply for membership in Point Pleasant Beach and Surf Club. By completing this electronic form, the person, or persons are hereby applying for membership. Please use the "Print Membership Application" button at the bottom of this page to print a copy of this form and mail the completed form with a check for the total membership fee.

APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP - 2010 Season

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for membership for the following:

The opening day of the beach is Saturday, May 29th, and the closing day is Labor Day.

 I and those persons for whom I am applying, agree to be bound by the By-Laws of this Association and all supplements and amendments thereto. I understand that memberships are NOT transferable to another person.

 I agree that I, as well as all members of my family and guests, will use the land and facilities of the Association at our own risk, fully releasing and discharging the Association and its officers and employees from all claims for any and all injuries or damage resulting from the use of said land and facilities.
